Processing time: Same day or up to 3 days to process your order. ALLOW AN ADDITIONAL 2-5 DAYS TO RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE. After we drop your package off at the post office you'll then receive an email with your tracking information. If you place an order on Friday after hours, Saturday, or Sunday it will be processed the following business day. Due to Covid-19 there may be delays on shipping in certain areas that is out of our control. Lost or Stolen Packages: Under no circumstance is Onac Lamour responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your package has been dropped off at the post office the responsibility is now in USPS hands to get it to you. If your tracking information says "delivered" but you have not received it please contact the phone number provided above with your tracking number and any other information that they may request. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Mailing Address Policy: Onac Lamour is not responsible for anyone that puts their address INCORRECT at checkout. Apartment/Suite numbers are considered part of your address & is required if necessary. Please make sure you enter the correct address when placing an order, any changes you try to make after you've made your purchase aren't guaranteed, but we will try our best to make it happen. If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address or insufficient name that you provided at checkout, you'll have the option to either repay the shipping fee or get a refund minus the shipping. SHIPPING IS 100% NON-REFUNDABLE.
